A collaborative approach

Hello, thank you so much for being here!

I am a Marriage and Family therapist in Las Vegas, NV. I think of therapy as a conversational exchange and will work to create a positive therapeutic relationship, while exploring treatment options. Empathetic and non-judgmental, I am committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment.

I welcome the presence and celebrate the existence of all people, including those who identify as women, men, non-binary, LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and people with varying levels of ability. I work with a variety of clients that includes those with diverse mood challenges, families having difficulties within their family unit, parents who are needing skills and/or techniques to better engage with their children/teens, and those with low self-esteem struggles who are wanting to gain the confidence needed to take their power back and move forward.

I also work with children, teens, and young adults who are needing assistance with navigating life, having a better understanding of themselves, and many other struggles that can arise.

Those who are close to me know that I tend to be an observer. I like to be present, enjoy my surroundings, and I can spring into action when necessary. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities. I also like watching various dramas on Netflix and traveling.

FAQs

When should I expect results?

This is going to depend on the client and their willingness to put in the inner work. Of course, there are different circumstances in each situation, however; it’s my top priority to help you achieve realistic goals and milestones. Together, we will map this out in order to optimize for personal success.

How much does it cost?

It’s $125/session, and the only insurance offered at this time is Medicaid.

How do I know if you’re a good fit for me?

Great question. Not all clients are best suited for my style of therapy. I encourage and recommend that each new client schedule a free consultation with me in order for us to see if we are a good fit to work together and reach your goals.

Pricing

Insurance: Medicaid is the only insurance accepted at this time.
